【 Usage 】

Usage Of PYTZ-F type anal hemorrhoid ligation device

1. Remove the PYTZ-F anal hemorrhoid stapler and accessories from the packaging.

2. Disinfect the skin around the anal canal, insert the dilator into the introducer, lubricate the dilator and introducer, and then insert the dilator and introducer into the anal canal.

3. Rotate the dilator to dilate the anal canal, then remove the dilator and keep the introducer.

4. Adjust the position of the introducer to align its notch with the hemorrhoid to be punctured, and insert the PYTZ-F anal hemorrhoid stapler through the introducer.

5. Fully contact the barrel of the stapler with the hemorrhoids, then use your index finger to press the cylinder handle on the stapler back and forth, creating negative pressure to suck the 

hemorrhoids into the barrel.

6. Maintain negative pressure and use your thumb to press the push button at the back of the stapler to release the rubber ring, thereby ligating the hemorrhoids.

7. Press the deflation button on the handle of the ligature to release the negative pressure, and then slowly move the gun barrel away from the ligatured hemorrhoid.

8. If more tying rings need to be placed, the above tying process can be repeated.

9. After completing all the ligation procedures, exit the anal hemorrhoid stapler and introducer.

Usage Of PYTZ type anal hemorrhoid ligation device

1. Remove the PYTZ anal hemorrhoid stapler and accessories from the packaging.

2. Connect the negative pressure suction tube to the negative pressure suction joint at the bottom of the handle of the ligature, push the air lock button on the outer shell of the ligature, seal the chamber of the ligature, and check whether negative pressure can be generated at the barrel of the ligature.

3. Disinfect the skin around the anal canal, insert the dilator into the introducer, lubricate the dilator and introducer, and then insert the dilator and introducer into the anal canal.

4. Rotate the dilator to dilate the anal canal, then remove the dilator and keep the introducer.

5. Adjust the position of the introducer to align its notch with the hemorrhoid to be punctured, and insert the PYTZ anal hemorrhoid stapler through the introducer.

6. Make full contact between the barrel of the stapler and the hemorrhoids, then use your fingers to push the lock button and suck the hemorrhoids into the tube mouth (note: do not push the lock button until you find the desired ligation position).

7. Maintain negative pressure and slowly rotate the one-way dial at the handle of the ligation device downwards until the tension is released, which will release the rubber ring to puncture hemorrhoids.

8. Open the air lock button on the casing of the ligature, release the negative pressure, and then slowly move the barrel away from the ligature.

9. If more tying rings need to be placed, the above tying process can be repeated.

10. After completing all the ligation procedures, exit the anal hemorrhoid stapler and introducer.

Usage Of PYTZ-II anal hemorrhoid ligation device

1. Take out the PYTZ-II anal hemorrhoid stapler and accessories from the packaging, and install a rubber ring (installation method detailed in the following description).

2. Connect the negative pressure suction tube to the negative pressure suction joint at the bottom of the handle of the ligature, open the red air lock button on the outer shell of the ligature (the air lock button is in the "ON" state), seal the chamber of the ligature, and check if negative pressure can be generated at the barrel of the ligature. After confirming that negative pressure is generated, close the air lock button (the air lock button is in the "OFF" state); If there is no negative pressure, please replace the device

3. Disinfect the skin around the anal canal, insert the dilator into the introducer, lubricate the dilator and introducer, and then insert the dilator and introducer into the anal canal.

4. Rotate the dilator to dilate the anal canal, then remove the dilator and keep the introducer.

5. Adjust the position of the introducer to align its notch with the hemorrhoid site to be punctured, and insert the PYTZ-II anal hemorrhoid stapler through the introducer.

6. Make full contact between the barrel of the stapler and the hemorrhoid area, then open the air lock button (the air lock button is in the "ON" state) and suck the hemorrhoid into the barrel. (Note: Before finding the location of the hemorrhoid that needs to be punctured, the air lock button must be turned off (the air lock button is in the "OFF" state)!

7. Maintain negative pressure and slowly fire the firing handle at the handle of the ligature until the tension is released, then release the rubber snare to puncture hemorrhoids.

8. Close the air lock button on the casing of the ligature (the air lock button is in the "OFF" state), release the negative pressure, and then slowly move the barrel away from the ligatured hemorrhoid.

9. If more rubber rings are needed, you can reinstall a rubber ring according to the installation operation of the rubber ring and repeat steps 2-8.

10. After completing all the ligation procedures, exit the anal hemorrhoid stapler and introducer.
