【 Scope Of Application 】
Used for the creation of anastomotic sites and closure of residual ends or incisions in digestive tract reconstruction and organ resection surgeries where surgical field exposure is difficult.
【 Usage 】
1. First, check if the sterile packaging is damaged, remove the instrument, and then gently press the nail compartment component protective cover with your thumb to remove it.
2. Place the tissue to be cut and sutured between the nail holder and the nail compartment assembly.
3. You can manually push the positioning rod and push the plate handle to allow the positioning rod to enter the nail seat hole, limiting the leakage of tissue to be cut. You can also hold the movable
handle to the first gear position, and the positioning rod will automatically enter the nail seat hole.
4. Before the nail compartment component and the nail seat fully clamp the tissue to be cut, the tissue to be cut can be adjusted to be placed reasonably.
5. Grasp the movable handle tightly and release it. At this point, the nail compartment component and the nail seat will clamp the tissue to be cut.
6. Tighten the activity handle again, and at this point, sew and cut the tissue to be sewn.
7. Press the reset button and gently release the handle.
8. Pull back the positioning rod push rod handle and remove the sutured tissue.
