【 Scope Of Application 】
Used for selective mucosal resection along the dentate line.
【 Usage 】
1. Fix and spread three non-invasive forceps at three points with less prolapsed hemorrhoids and mild prolapse of the anal membrane. Place the introducer on the dilator and insert it into the anal
canal together. Remove the dilator and sew one needle on each side of the perianal area to fix the introducer. Use a transparent anal canal introducer to confirm the position of the dentate line.
2. Place an anorectal stapler through an introducer on the opposite side of the most obvious hemorrhoids and prolapse, which can cover the prolapsed mucosa within a 270 degree range around the
rectal wall; Make a purse string suture along the submucosal layer about 4 centimeters away from the dentate line, and use 4-6 needles to complete the purse string suture around the rectum by
rotating the stapler. Suture should only be performed on the mucosa and submucosa, avoiding damage to the muscle layer and ensuring complete suturing.
3. Exit the stapler, tighten the purse string suture appropriately, unscrew the anorectal stapler to the maximum position, remove the protective cover, insert it into the nail seat above the purse string
suture through the introducer, tighten the suture and tie it, use a hook stapler to pull the tail end of the suture out of the side hole of the anorectal stapler, and moderately pull the ligature in the
direction of the handle, so that the sutured and ligated mucosa and submucosal tissue enter the cavity of the anorectal stapler. At the same time, tighten the adjustment nut of the stapler until the
indicator needle enters the green area of the window, pull down the safety block, grip the handle tightly and fire, and complete the resection and suturing in one go.
4. After firing, keep it closed for more than 30 seconds, loosen the adjusting nut of the stapler and gently withdraw the instrument, check the anastomotic site, and if necessary, add a few stitches.
