【 Scope Of Application 】
Used for end-to-end, end-to-end, and lateral anastomosis of the digestive tract in reconstruction surgeries of the esophagus, stomach, intestine, and other digestive tracts.
【 Usage 】
1. Before use, ensure that the red safety button is closed, remove the blue protective cover, and check that there are no missing titanium nails in the nail compartment.
2. Place the stapler against the nail seat and the body into the two ends of the organ tissue to be anastomosed, and wrap a purse string around the clamp tube of the nail seat and the organ tissue at
both ends of the guide shaft of the body to tie them tightly.
3. When fitting end to end and end to side, for the convenience of loading the bag, a bag connecting rod can be used. Insert the purse connecting rod into the clamp of the nail seat, then place the
nail seat into the tissue on the side to be fitted, make a purse stitching around the clamp, and use tweezers to clamp the clamp and remove the purse connecting rod.
4. Insert the nail holder into the guide shaft of the device body, and a clear sound can be heard. Then rotate the adjusting nut clockwise to make the two ends of the matching tissue close and press
tightly, ensuring that there is no excess tissue in the nail holder and the nail compartment, and that the indicator needle has entered the green area in the window. Determine the firing position based
on the tissue thickness.
5. Confirm that the tissues that are matched at both ends have been embedded into the cavities of the nail seat and the body, open the red safety button, grip the handle tightly, and fire it all at once.
At this time, you can hear a crisp "click" sound, indicating that the firing is complete, and hold the handle tightly for 30-60 seconds.
6. Rotate the adjusting nut counterclockwise for 2-3 turns, then gently shake the instrument left and right and slowly exit outward.
7. Remove the nail holder and check the integrity of the circular shape of the cut tissue. If any incompleteness is found, several stitches must be added to the corresponding area.
