【 Scope Of application 】
Used for creating anastomotic sites and closing residual ends or incisions in digestive tract reconstruction and other organ resection surgeries.
【 Usage 】
1.During surgery, first open the sterile packaging of the stapler, pull open the locking rod of the movable handle, separate the instruments, and remove the nail compartment protective cover.
2. Clamp the tissue to be cut and sutured between the nail compartment and the nail seat, place the positioning pin at the end of the fixed handle into the positioning groove at the end of the movable
handle, and place the positioning protrusion of the nail seat into the positioning groove of the nail compartment. Close the activity handle until you hear a "pop" locking sound.
3. Push the cutting stapler firing button from the bottom of the instrument until it can no longer be pushed. There will be significant resistance during the pushing process, which is necessary for the
instrument to complete the surgical procedure and is a normal situation.
4. Return the firing button to its starting position, press the locking button on the fixed handle, separate the instruments, and complete the surgery. The same surgery is required for different parts of
the same patient, which involves withdrawing the nail compartment and replacing it with a new one (see nail compartment replacement method for details). Repeat the above surgical process.
Nail Compartment Replacement Method:
1. Remove the inner and outer packaging, take out the nail compartment components, and remove the protective cover.
2. Check if the red limit button of the nail compartment component is in the correct position (the limit button should be perpendicular to the nail compartment axis, as shown in the figure below). If
it is not perpendicular, the limit button can be moved to make it perpendicular to the nail compartment axis.
3. Install the nail compartment component into the lower clamp of the disposable linear cutting (sewing) device, and assemble it tightly.
4. Perform surgical procedures.
