【 Usage 】
1. Select a suitable size stapler and check for any damage to the sterile packaging. Rotate the adjustment knob counterclockwise to expose the bell shaped glans socket for a certain distance.
2. Insert the bell shaped glans into the foreskin and cover it over the glans, ensuring that the edge of the bell is parallel to the coronal sulcus.
3. Rotate the adjustment knob clockwise to fully clamp the tissue to be cut between the bell shaped glans seat and the nail seat.
4. Remove the safety block and activate the handle.
5. Rotate the adjustment button, remove the instrument and cut out the foreskin.

7. Sexual activity is strictly prohibited within one week after all sutures have fallen off.
8. After surgery, use elastic bandages to wrap the inner and outer layers. Remove the outer elastic bandage (near the glans) 2 hours after surgery, and remove the outer elastic bandage (near the base
of the penis) 4 hours after surgery. Do not touch the blue elastic bandage on the inner layer! Otherwise, there will be bleeding and swelling!
9. Before postoperative healing, under the guidance of a doctor, oral estrogen is administered to control penile congestion and erection.
10. Clinically, different types of staplers are selected based on the size of the patient's glans. When not erect, the circumference of the glans at 1cm below can be measured with a penile circumference
ruler, and should not be too tight or too loose. It is strictly prohibited to use small-sized cutting staplers instead of large-sized ones.
