【 Scope Of Application 】
Suitable for small incision surgery and minimally invasive surgery to expand the incision field, prevent incision damage, and reduce incision infection.
【 Usage 】
1. This product is used by qualified doctors or under their guidance, strictly following surgical procedures and sterile operation.
2. Select product specifications based on abdominal wall thickness, incision size, and expansion size.
3. Operation method:
(PQA type) (1) Configuration preparation: Flatten the implant ring into a long tongue shape, push it into the incision, stretch the inner ring elastically, and clamp the inner wall of the incision;
(2) Embedding incision: Pinch the outer snap ring at the 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock positions with both hands, turn it outward or inward, causing the channel to continuously shorten and the radial
expansion force of the channel to increase until the outer ring can no longer reverse, and the incision is fully expanded and protected;
(3) Extraction: Insert your fingers into the incision. Grasp the implant ring and pull it out or push it towards the inner and outer rings from outside the channel, then pull it out after displacement, or
use a hook device to pull it out.
(PQB type) (1) Configuration preparation: Insert a part of the inner snap ring into the pipeline and flip it up from the pipeline through the outer snap ring, so that the inner snap ring is divided into
upper and lower parts in the outer snap ring, forming an upper and lower tongue shape;
(2) Embedding incision: Align the tongue shaped front section of the already formed traction anchor with the incision and bring it close to the incision wall. Then press and push the tongue upwards
to slowly expand the inner retaining ring in the incision. Finally, the implanted ring is reset and inserted into the incision, separated internally and externally, with the channel close to the incision wall
and expanding the incision;
(3) Extraction: Insert your fingertips into the traction fastener, pull on a part of the implant ring, flip the implant ring over and remove it from the incision. If your fingertips cannot reach it, you can use
a hook to hook the inner clasp and remove it; It is also possible to extrapolate the inner and outer rings from the channel to deform and remove them.
