【 Scope Of Application 】
Suitable for tissue resection, transection, and anastomosis in abdominal surgery, gynecology, pediatrics, and thoracic endoscopic surgery.
【 Usage 】
1. Open the sterile packaging of the stapler body or components, remove the stapler body and components (do not remove the protective cover on the components at this time), align the "↑" on the
top and bottom of the stapler, press down and rotate clockwise. When the marking line on the metal tube tail of the component is aligned with the "↑" on the top of the stapler and the blue unloading
button marked with "UNLOAD" is reset, it indicates that the stapler body and components are connected in place (at this time, gently rotate the components counterclockwise, if they cannot be
rotated, they will be connected in place).
Note 1: When the component and the body cannot be assembled smoothly, please confirm that the black reset button on the body has been pulled to the bottom of the body, or check if the
protective cover on the component has been removed or if the protective cover is not properly fastened.
Note 2: When assembling components with the device body, do not remove the protective cover on the components in advance, otherwise the following consequences may occur: ① The components
and the device body cannot be assembled normally ② The components and the device body can be assembled normally, and normal cutting and suturing can be performed during surgery; However,
after the stitching is completed, the cutting knife cannot be reset and the component head cannot be opened, resulting in the inability to remove the tissue.
2. Remove the protective cover of the component, grip the movable handle to close the head of the component, and use the puncture device to reach the desired surgical site.
Note: If the component cannot be smoothly closed by gripping the movable handle after being connected to the body, it indicates that the component is not properly connected to the body. The
protective cover of the component should be installed first, and then refer to step 6 to remove the component and reassemble it. If forcibly squeezed at this time, it will cause the internal rack of the
gun to break, resulting in the scrapping of the equipment.
3. Pull the black reset button backwards to open the head of the component (if the component is rotatable, the rotation button on the stapler can be adjusted according to the surgical needs), so that
the tissue to be cut can be smoothly placed between the nail compartment and the nail seat. Adjust the tissue to be cut evenly and ensure that no excess tissue is clamped.
4. Grasp the activity handle tightly to clamp the tissue, release the activity handle, press the green safety button, and start the surgical operation. Each time you grip the activity handle, cut it forward
by 15mm (after pressing the green safety button to start cutting, it must be cut to the bottom, and the black reset button cannot be pulled halfway). The specific cutting position can refer to the black
scale line next to the black reset button on the device body (or the black scale line at the bottom of the component).
Note: Remember to press the green safety button before firing, otherwise it will cause the internal rack of the device to break, resulting in the device being scrapped.
5. After the matching cutting process is completed, pull the black reset button on the body of the stapler backwards to release the clamped surgical tissue at the head of the nail magazine. Grip the
activity handle again, close the component head, and exit the instrument.
Note: After cutting is completed, pull the black reset button backwards without gripping the movable handle, otherwise the black reset button cannot be pulled backwards.
6. Component replacement method: Like a surgical procedure that requires component replacement, first pull the black reset button backwards to open the component head, then pull the blue unload
button on the dial backwards, rotate the component counterclockwise to remove it, repeat the operation in step 1, and install a new component.
7. Component configuration: The stapler is available in three forms: long handled (L), standard (M), and short handled (S), and is used for the same surgical procedure. Each form of cutting stapler
body can be paired with multiple nail magazine components, which are disposable products.
